of which Elemental Magnesium 210mg

• Magnesium Citrate 200mg

of which Elemental Magnesium 30mg

Other ingredients: Magnesium Sterate, Vegetable Capsules [Hypromellose (HPMC)].

Allergen Information: Contains no common allergens, but is produced in a facility that processes dairy (cow's milk), soy, fish (collagen) and egg.

Adults: Take one (1) capsule daily with plenty of water or as directed by your healthcare provider. A maximum daily dose of three (3) capsules can be taken to achieve desired effect.
