I've not used it long enough to see a difference. But off the bat it's not my favourite product. I still get fishy burps which I hate and is reason enough not to continue with the product. My suggestion to the Jooce team would be to look into Krill oil as an omega 3 source.
I absolutely love Jooce. I've been taking the omega 3 woth the curcumin, hormone balance powder and spearmint tea and I can already see a difference. The inflammation on my legs and feet has gone down and doesn't happen as often as it used too. I've only been using the products for about 3 weeks and just waiting for my period date to see how it affects my period, but hopefully I'll be regular, fingers crossed. The only problem I have with the omega 3 is the after taste after taking it( my burps taste like fish)Read less
