The mango flavoured powder is quite tasty and the inositol is easy to drink. I have honestly not taken the berberine because I am diabetic and I'm afraid of hypoglycaemia. There is not enough info on whether it is safe for diabetics. Unfortunately I become really nauseas when I drink the the hormone balance powder even though I am certainly taking it as directed. So that is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

I’ve been using the insulin resistance and PCOS support bundle for a month now. I’ve noticed a big difference in my energy levels, I am able to wake up with relative ease in the mornings and stay awake throughout the day. I have always had a problem with my periods starting from the very first time I had gotten it. I would get it 1 month and then miss it for like 4 to 11 months or sometimes it would just skip 2 months intervals.
