I've been taking Jooce's Hormonal Balance Powder for about 2 weeks only and I'm already noticing some difference. I feel more energised and my skin looks clearer. It's definitely a combination of better diet, exercise and supplementation, but I'm feeling good and enjoying the changes so far. I'd just prefer the Mixed Berries flavour to be a little less sweet or to have a less sweet option in general. Excited to see the impact over the next 3-6 months.
Been struggling with my hormones, experiencing pmos symptoms, and didn't have a period for four months, bought this hormone balance powder and after 5 days of drinking it I got my period! Love this! Went off the pill 8 months ago. Started using Jooce in March after not getting my period for three months. Used it for a month and got my period back. My skin has been so stable since going off the pill and using Jooce. My mood swings are so much better. Overall I feel great 😊

The Mixed Berries flavor is my favorite so far. I really love the taste, it has become part of my morning routine. I struggle with my skin and have seen improvement. This is my second month taking the Jooce hormone balancing powder and all I can say is that I am feeling fabulous. I have stopped taking all my other supplements as this has everything in it. I am extremely happy with this product as my hormones are definitely happy and balanced.
I've been taking this product for the past two months and I can honestly say I see changes in my mood swings and I've had my period for the last two months which is amazing since I used to get it after every three months.
I’ve only been taking it for about 2 weeks now, however from what I can say so far the taste of the mixed berries is amazing. It tastes just like juice and is so easy to take every morning. My gynecologist told me about this product to assist with my recent endometriosis diagnosis and so far it has been nothing but positivity. I recently ovulated and my pain was minimal. Usually it is very bad. I’m not as tired anymore and I feel more productive at work. Funny enough I don’t even bruise badly as I used to if I bumped myself. One of the best supplements. This is by far my favourite flavour (mango) the mixed is two sweet for me however I can say it has brought back my periods on time every month. I went off the pill last year and so glad my period is regular again
I ordered mine in December,but I got it on the 15 of January because they were closed on December holidays.My last periods was on 08-01-2026 to 11-01-2026...I started using it on the same day of arrival, Tuesday I tested positive

I’ve been using the hormone balancing powder in combination with the NAC supplement tablets for a couple of months now and it has truly been a life saver. I was clinically diagnosed with endometriosis and I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I've lived with PCOS (now called PMOS) for years, and for a long time my doctors kept recommending birth control—even though it wasn't what I wanted. So, with my GP's guidance, I started searching for other options. After trying three well-known brands that only worked for a month, I discovered Jooce, and honestly, I haven't looked back! I've had a regular cycle since early 2026. With Jooce, I finally felt understood and truly seen.
Mixed Berries flavour i chose though i felt it was a bit too sweet for my liking so i mixed with more water. I suffered PCOS for many years and hormonal acne. In terms of energy levels i'm coming right, acne its still early to tell i'm only on the supplement for 2 weeks now. Sugary cravings have subsided as well.
I just don't like the taste of the mango. Very difficult to drink.

Hello Jooce Team! Thank you for enquiring. I feel really included. Within two weeks I felt an incredible sense of energy especially between 14:30 - 16:30 which was when I usually wanted a nap. The other aspect I was pleasantly surprised with, was the reduced sugar cravings. I no longer found myself craving a chocolate or some chips and I was able to stay satisfied with my meals. The orange flavour was particularly strong and over powering which made my throat hurt. I had to dilute the powder in about 500ml of water in order to drink without choking. Perhaps I will order another flavour next time. Overall, I have been enjoying the benefits of more energy, better sleep and feeling fuller for longer. Thank you once again Love B
My energy being back is one of the main things I am happy about cause I'm even back at the gym. I have also noticed that my acne breakouts are not as bad. In time I'm hoping that my cravings will go down.
The flavoring is really not.great, its pungent and the artificial sweeteners take the microbiome out of balance. My period is less painful this month however, not fully regulated yet... I really.hope you can reconsider the formulation because its a great concept but the taste is unnatural.

I've been using JOOCE HBP for just over 3 months now. After years of inconsistent and missing periods, I've had my period on time for the past 3 months. I have less cravings, less pain, and more energy!! Amazing!! I have even started having more success managing the insulin resistance that comes with having PMOS. I am hoping that continuing will finally lead to a successful pregnancy in the near future. In terms of flavours, I love all of the flavours except the pina colada. I would recommend the berries, mango, and orange flavours (mango is my favourite). JOOCE has changed my life! Thank you!

I decided to stop birth control as a means of treating my PCOS, and moved over to the powder a year and 3 months ago. One of my worst symptoms was mood swings and not having a period for over a year. Started Jooce last year august, got off the pill in April and was experiencing absolute havoc with my period. Literally got my period the SAME day I started the hormone balancing powder, after not getting my period for over 40 days. Okay and get this - I went to my Gynae for blood work in Feb this year, told her I was taking this powder and showed her a picture of all its ingredients, when my bloods came back she called me to say whatever it was that I’m taking I should keep taking because my insulin markers which she has been concerned about initially were perfect. I was so thrilled, i literally got the stamp of approval from my doc! 😂🫶🏻
This flavour is the best on from the range, however all flavours have an itchy feeling on the throat
So far so good, I feel like my digestion has improved and I'm feeling more balanced. I would love a plain flavor like vanilla to add to other drinks or have alone. And would love if it wasn't sweetened with sucralose as it spikes candida in the gut. My hormone health is more important so this product has been an answer to a prayer with all the right minerals in one dose.

I was tired of taking 6 tablets a day so I decided to try the powder and I’m not disappointed yet! The mixed berries flavour is delicious (but don’t drink it too quickly)
