Excellent Have have given this to my husband as well. He has very bad restless legs in the evenings to he struggles to sleep. The Jooce magnesium has helped him. So we both have better sleep

Regulated period 😃 My period has never been regular, and I’ve always had trouble getting it to stop without taking birth control pills. Without them, I’d be on my period for over two weeks.
