I decided to try the Inositol powder as well as I am taking the hormone balancing powder in the morning. I couldn't be happier.
Unlike other powdered supplements, Jooce Inositol dissolves so well in water and even tastes nice! I genuinely look forward to drinking it after meals in the morning and evening :) I have only been taking it for 2 weeks, but so far, so good.

Love the product. For environmental reasons, glad it is in a single container, but also excited about the sachets for travel purposes. I’ve been using a reputable brand of inositol for a while and changed to Jooce - very happy that it does wat it needs to do at a cheaper price.
My package arrived cracked and the powder was out the container . I was only able to get 4 scopes from what was left in the container. I tried at that time to log a complaint and review but I was not getting the option . I am very disappointed as I heard a lot of good reviews and I experienced this .
I can notice a change in energy and mood after 2 weeks of taking the inositol powder. I feel more energised and not as tired as I usually feel. Will definitely recommend for anyone who has even a suspicion they are having hormonal imbalances.
I have been taking the Inositol Powder twice daily (morning and evening) and I have noticed that I have been doing much better with my intense cravings, I have lost 5.6kg in 3 weeks and I can honestly already feel a difference, my period wasn't as bad as it normally was, and I have only been on Jooce for 3 weeks... Excellent Noticed an immediate improvement in my mood
Impressed!! I struggle with unexplained infertility. I used letrozole which brought about my period without ovulation and a very long cycle (average of 36 to 40 days). After doing some research I decided to try using the inositol powder and NAC pills in combination with letrozole and this seems to have helped me ovulate. Not pregnant yet but I have some hope now! Great for Pre-diabetic (Insulin Resistance) I was in a pre-diabetic state before trying this. I take a scoop at night and noticed when I test the next day, my sugar levels are within normal range.
