What an amazing product. I started this product on 2 August, on the first day of my cycle. I also decided to come off my contraceptive to see how this helps me with hormonal balance. From the 2nd day, I could feel a significant difference in my body. I really feel like its helped with my cortisol levels. I even feel like exercising more. I have energy. I absolutely love my Jooce! My doctor prescribed it for me for my PCOS and insulin resistance about a year ago. I had a lot of bloating and constipation as well. Since I started using Jooce, the results has been amazing. I lost weight in the beginning and mostly maintain my weight now. It helps a lot with the cravings, especially sweet cravings! It definitely helps to exercise and eat healthier while using the Jooce. You have to adjust your lifestyle as well. But I can definitely say, when I don't use my Jooce for a few days, I'm back to bloating and constipation. I feel more tired and I want to eat chocolate the whole time. I would definitely recommend this! My doctor prescribed me the pure inisitol now...very excited to start the new journey!

So glad it comes in a capsule form now, as the powder was a difficult to stay consistent with. 10/10 product with marked improvement in how I feel (and a few friends who have tried the product) within just a week.
Love it, really helps me. However, swallowing 6 tablets is a lot. Is there no way for you to increase the strength of each tablet do decrease the no of tablets one has to consume? Prefer the capsules over the powder though, I feel it works better.
I feel better after taking the product, my only suggested improvement would be that the dosages be adjusted to reduce the number of capsules that needs to be taken at once. 6 capsules are a lot

This is an amazing product - I purchased it for my daughter who has hormonal imbalances. I love that it has all the key items from research in it at the right dosages shown to have a benefit ie: - Ashwaganda, Magnesium glycinate and Inositol. It has significantly improved her skin, mood and sleep.

It's been almost a month of taking the Hormonce Balancing capsules. I have seen some major improvements in my fatigue, moods and eating habits/cravings. My period has even regulated to an 28 day cycle (which hasn't happened in YEARS) Will be repurchasing, but this time in powder form. I really struggle to drink 6 capsules in one go, and splitting the dosage (as suggested) resulted in me forgetting to drink it again at night.Read less

Hormone balancing capsules are great. Wow I don’t even know where to begin. So my period was regular until 2018 and I did not get it at all for over a year. In 2019 I visited the gynaecologist who then diagnosed me with pcos and put me on birth control, I was 18 years old at the time. This year I started getting blood clots on my body and I researched and found out it’s a side effect from birth control so I stopped it. I knew after stopping I would not receive my period. When I first started birth control I had no idea what was pcos and the causes. After stopping the pill I did not receive my period for months, I watched many videos on how to deal with pcos and it was so hard because I’m slim and most people with pcos have trouble with weight gain. I then found out about Jooce and decided to give it a try. I got closer to God and started reading the bible and praying about getting my period. After a month of completing the HBP I did not receive my period and was so disappointed. I then kept praying and reading the bible then I decided to give it another try and this time tried the capsules which is the same thing as the HBP but in a capsule form. After few days of that I was spotting. And now after two months journey on Jooce I am on my period and I’m so grateful to God. This product is amazing. I also included walking for 15-20 minutes everyday and I started eating brown bread and basmati rice. I wish I knew about Jooce years ago before going on birth control. We always see false reviews and influencers who give us false hope and so I wasn’t sure if it would work but this product is truly amazing. Appetite suppressor I am on my second bottle of balance me babe. Still haven’t gotten my period yet but it is helping me with sugar cravings…will continue to take it for 6 months to see if there are more changes
