Be consistent from the start I have been on and off jooce products since it was launched in 2021, as I have always struggled with my skin. After my third was born I started a few different products from jooce again but was not consistent and would forget to take it often. That was a big mistake. My skin got worse than it ever had been before and I thought the best thing would be to stop everything from micro needling and peels to changing my face products and stopping jooce all together. It continued to get worse. I eventually decided after 6 months of trying without jooce, to start it again. I started taking inositol, balance me babe, berberine, and estro balance and being consistent, and after a week the cysts stop and now almost a month later my skin is almost 100%.
