I tend to get bloated and have a little of gas when I have taken it, but besides that I’m very happy I’m on my 2nd bottle and I do feel a difference

I used to take my berberine with glucophage but experienced really bad nausea. My Dr. advised me to stop taking the glucophage and to just continue with the berberine. I have been taking berberine for almost 2 months and I haven’t had any sugar crashes. I’m able to stay awake all day and only experience minor slumps on odd days. I’ve definitely noticed a change in my energy levels and I’m happy to continue with this supplement.
